Rishi Raman Upadhyay is a media and communications professional with over 18 years of experience across theatre, film production, journalism, digital media and strategic communications. Beginning his journey in theatre, he went on to work in radio, film production and television journalism with some of India's leading media organisations, including Zee News, Aaj Tak, News18 and Rajasthan Patrika.

Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in programming, digital media, content strategy and digital marketing, and has also worked as a political consultant for prominent political leaders and public campaigns. His work spans storytelling, media strategy, audience engagement and brand building across platforms.

He is currently associated with the People's Group as a Content Strategist, where he leads initiatives at the intersection of media, culture, technology and creative communications.

Lalsawmliani Tochhawng (Teteii) is an arts administrator, film festival and arts curator. She was Chief of Programmes at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi and Secretary, IIC Film Club for 36 years. At IIC, she organised cultural programmes, festivals, film festivals, lectures and international conferences and exhibitions.

She has collaborated with leading cultural institutions, foreign missions, think tanks and universities both in India and abroad. She has curated several cultural initiatives, art exhibitions and festivals, including the IIC's annual flagship festival, The IIC Experience: A Festival of the Arts, and ArtEast Festival.

Her writings have been featured in various publications, including the India International Centre Quarterly Journal and Seminar Magazine. She has served on advisory committees for books, exhibitions and international conferences. She has been a Jury Member at the bi-annual FilmSouth Film Festival, Kathmandu and Jeevika: Asia Livelihood Documentary Film Festival. She is also associated with Rough Edges Arts and Media.

Arnab Banerjee is a seasoned journalist and passionate film aficionado with over two decades of experience covering cinema, music, and the arts. He has written for leading national dailies including The Times of India, Hindustan Times, and Mail Today, and has also lent his creative flair to top advertising agencies as a copywriter. Known for his insightful film reviews, Arnab contributed regularly to The Asian Age and the BBC, while also writing widely on trends in cinema, art, music, and notable personalities from the world of entertainment.

Adv. Jatin Yadav is a practising advocate equally at home in the courtroom and the boardroom rooted in criminal litigation, with a sure command of civil, commercial, company and arbitration matters. Alongside his court practice, he advises the People's Group on all its legal and regulatory affairs, serving as a trusted counsel to the organisation.

For the People's International Film Festival of India (PIFFI), he handles every legal aspect of the festival: contracts, rights and permissions, compliance, and dispute resolution, ensuring the event stands on a sound and secure legal footing. His blend of courtroom experience and advisory work brings both rigour and practical judgement to everything PIFFI does.

His practice spans constitutional and writ matters, civil and criminal litigation, service law, arbitration, commercial disputes, mining, tenders and white-collar cases. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and other judicial and arbitral forums, acting for private clients, State authorities and corporate entities.

He presently serves as Panel Counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh and as Special Public Prosecutor for the Directorate of Enforcement. At PIFFI he advises the festival on contracts, screening and exhibition rights, and institutional compliance.

Mr. Syed Zaid Ali is a film line producer and media entrepreneur, and the Founder & Managing Director of Zeal Z Entertainment Services Pvt. Ltd. He has been credited with bringing Madhya Pradesh onto the film map of the world. He has been active in the film and entertainment industry since 2008.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ali has been involved in the line production and on-ground execution of 400+ feature films, television projects, commercials and documentaries, working with leading filmmakers and production houses. His credits include projects such as Raajneeti, Mohenjo Daro, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Sanju, Stree, Panchayat, Bhool Bhooliya-3, Fukrey-3, Gullak, Ludo, Aashram, Punniyin Selvan (Tamil), Los Dos Hemisphere De Lucca (Spanish), Shantaram (English), Laapata Ladies, Operation Valentine (Telugu), Homebound, among others.

Mr. Satinder Mehta brings over three decades of expertise in Brand Strategy, Marketing Communications and Corporate positioning to every engagement. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with some of India's most recognised names including Ansal API, M3M, Dainik Jagran and SAHA Groupe shaping brand narratives, leading media strategy and steering corporate launches across National and International markets.

His experience spans the full spectrum of Brand Building, from advertising and public relations to Event Management and Integrated Communication. In recent years, he has extended his craft into the Digital Realm, working across social media, SEO and Online Reputation Management to help brands build authentic, lasting connections with their audiences.

Known for his strategic clarity and hands-on approach, Satinder combines old-school brand discipline with a sharp read on evolving market dynamics. This rare balance continues to make him a trusted voice in the Branding and Marketing Space.
